The NBCA Parent Teacher Organization is a dedicated group of NBCA staff members and parents (or guardians) of current NBCA students (Elementary, Secondary, and Classical) who join together to strengthen the relationship between families and all of our school campuses. We truly value the input of NBCA student families and we thank you for joining us!

How to join – there are three options to choose from!

1. 1. 1. 1. 1. 1) Take advantage of the PTO School Supply Package and let us do the school supply shopping for you! No need to purchase a membership if you have already purchased a School Supply Package – you’re already a member!  Included in the price of the School Supply Package is a custom PTO bag, a special surprise for your student, and PTO membership for the 2023-2024 school year.

       

      1. • • 2) Get organized for the school year with a Wildcat Family Planner where we lay out all of the important dates and events for the year! No need to purchase a membership if you have purchased a Wildcat Family Planner – you’re already a member!  Included in the price of the Wildcat Family Planner is a PTO membership for the 2023-2024 school year.

          

         • • 3) Or, purchase this $10 annual family membership for the 2023-2024 school year.

How to get involved:

1. 1. • • • • Attend PTO meetings!  We have 3 general membership meetings throughout the year where we share important news about the efforts of our Parent Teacher Organization to generate resources and build fellowship and community for our school. Parent input is so important at these meetings!

           

          • • Join the Band community for your child(ren)’s grade level and the ‘PTO Events’ Band community to stay informed in real-time on important school, class, and PTO events, share and view photos, and volunteer for opportunities to contribute throughout the year.  You can access your BAND account on any browser and on all mobile devices.  Download the Band app to have a great resource at your fingertips right on your phone!

           

          • • Become a liaison between the PTO Executive Board and your child’s classroom (elementary) or grade-level (secondary) parents.  PTO Class Representatives are vital to keeping parents connected, informed, and included in the fellowship of our school throughout the year.  Reach out if you’d like to learn more about volunteering to be a PTO Class Representative, you may email the PTO Board President, Tracy Owens, at President@NBCAPTO.org. We will also have sign up sheets for vacancies available for sign up during open house.
